Fantastic news. Packer had a gift for making great games unwatchable. Our game with Duke in 2005 immediately comes to mind. I'd rather have Dickie V in
that spot than Packer. I'm not a huge fan of Kellogg but at least he might be able to maintain an objective point of view.

on the Flick bashing. "First and ten" "Flag on the play" and "Dixon on the carry" are so simple yet with Flick voice they have
character. Not to mention his "J.J. Johnson" calls. What would basketball be with out him? "Welcome to the campus of Mississippi State
University and the Humphrey Colosseum for an evening of Basketball.....Mississippi State style!" One of our best calls. And he quit barking so be
thankfull for that.

On Sportscenter yesterday they were showing a clip from the Red Sox game in which Manny Ramirez was running back to the dugout. Dick Vitale was in the first
base box with his hand out wanting a high five. Ramirez ran right by him, ignoring him. Karl Ravech's comment was "I guess he's not a Duke
fan" I thought it was a great dig at Vitale.
