in there, maybe even a Hooters if we could find a way to staff it. An Outback Steak House would be nice but I doubt they would even use that building.

especially a BWW. It's always made me wonder why nobody has done anything with that lot. It has unbeatable proximity to campus, great four way traffic
flow, the stadium and campus as a backdrop and lots of parking space. Wait a minute..........SixPack The Sports Bar? Hmmmmm.......

It's just far enough away from campus to make it no more convienent than any spot in the Cotton District or really any spot on Hwy 12. That spot has been
a dead zone for at least 25 years (and probably longer than that).
