As far as our success next year, it's definitely not a case of addition by subtraction. I agree that we won't be very good.
That said, the Jamont Gordon/Charles Rhodes era has been a very unsatisfying one for me. We had loads of potential, and what should've been the culmination of that potential ended up an 8 seed and a second round exit. In addition, Charles played with his head in his ass for at least 50% of his career, and Jamont made stupid decision after stupid decision off and on throughout his career. It just never seemed like Rick had control of the whole thing.
We will suck next year, but I am ready for a fresh start and getting the future of this program out on the floor sounds good to me.
