Besides, without the proper coach he could very easily devolve back into the gunslinger/interception machine that he had become. McCarthey reeled his ass in and made him stop playing foolishly last year and he had one of his best years ever.

Posts: 685 07/16/08 11:07 AM	I don't know a whole lot about the NFL's economic structure or anything, but aren't the Packers gonna take a pretty big salary cap hit if they keep him on their roster, since they proceeded through the offseason assuming they wouldn't have him? If that's the case and nobody will trade for him, they might end up having no other choice than releasing him.
