Like I said, I don't give a shit if he was or wasn't. What if his fingerprints were all over the damn zip lock bag or whatever the hell they keep that stuff in? What if the cops saw him rifling though the stuff, or saw him trying to hide it. Hell, like I said, riding in the car with the stuff in the car -- that's good enough for me. And oh yeah, he pissed me off on the field, too. Of course, that's no reason for more that just a week or so in jail, though. Go Dogs!

Posts: 9467 06/25/08 08:18 AM	The issue is when you are pulled over with someone and they have a large amount of drugs in their car, you could get charged regardless of whether that is your car and drugs or not. Fairness? Life isn't fair. Someone has to be charged and the cops don't know whose drugs those are. As Porkchop said, be careful who you hang out with. I had a friend that was dealing drugs and had to stop being friends with him over it. Part of being an adult is being accountable for your actions as well as your associations. Dontae atually came to class about three times. One time he came and the whole time did nothing but whisper in the girls ear who was sitting next to him. Half way through the class they both got up and left and Dr. Wiseman said "Well I guess they had some business to tend to" Pretty funny at the time

Posts: 7982 06/25/08 08:21 AM	then the drugs were either found on Dontae's person or in a bag that was his. He didn't go to Parchman because the drugs were found in someone else's car unless there was some pretty strong evidence that they were in fact his drugs.
