Th West is starting to get pretty old, and the grizzlies have a young team now that their key players now having 1-3 years of experience. It will be
interesting to see how it turns out

He is here for at most 2 years. The guy is a hell of a player, and if he can keep his head on straight he will be fine, if not he will be used as a salary

The dropoff from Jerry West to Chris Wallace is immense. Immense!!! Wallace was pathetic in Boston. He is incapable of righting the Grizzlies ship. Hiring
Wallace was a much worse idea than hiring Zach Randolph.
