Bracky Brett is just doing his due dilligence. Why can't anyone understand that? |

He is Mississippi State's compliance officer. His job is to keep us out of trouble with the NCAA. When the NCAA performs and investigation, it sees how
far up the Athletic Department food chain that rules were broken or people were looking the other way. What his email does is give the Athletic Department
cover, whether they ever get to talk to Coach34 or not. If, one day, Stans does get in trouble and the NCAA starts asking the Athletic Department the types of
questions that, if answered inadequately, might lead to a "lack of institutional control" violation, the compliance folks can point to this instance
as an example of really trying to figure out what was going on. Otherwise, the NCAA says they have message board posts from the second most popular MSU
message board that are disclosing instances of cheating. Why did MSU not look into it? If Bracky Brett is not chasing this rabbit as far down the hole as he
possibly can, he's not doing his job.

this is a great board and MSU fans were in need of one that didn't have | #2

that "sunshine only" rule...
let's continue to have fun and support MSU here at sixpack... have a forum where we can voice our dissaprovals with coaches and players without the fear of banishment but not throw serious crap out there that jeopordizes our programs... even lies by those with agendas against stans do harm to the program |

it was this years on top of years saga between 2 posters not giving an inch in a child like argument over whether our old football coach is better than our
current basketball coach. It was funny at first and developed 2 of the more recognizable characters on here but a loser leave town match should have settled it
a long time ago. Wasn't it tried one time? I mean, it's funny on one hand that Coach is being monitored but sad on the other that B.B. taking time out
of his day to chase down bs that's been thrown around for years in their little arguments. It could have been handled a long time ago, that's all
I'm saying. Besides, what's it really matter what an LSU fan thinks about our coaches?

is it not teetering on slander? | #4
|
Whether it is an open forum or not, to make false and incremenating accusations about someone can result in a slanderous lawsuit, can it not? I really think
we need to be awfully careful when making a comment without using " in my opinion" when its made.

if you think a college coach wants to be in a court of law and asked questions under oath, you aren't real bright

Absolutely, Coach... Right on!... | #8

In fact.. I advise you to tell Bracky to go 17 himself. Better yet... tell him you stand by your statement and he and the AD can file suit if they like. Goad
him on. Tell him Stans doesn't want any part of you in a court of law. Tell him your legal team can make it rain!
Keep going, chief. I feel it coming. Can you? Yep... the word "DISASSOCIATED" is coming down the tracks. Not that I think the AD is going to be losing a dime when they boot your ass, but it's the era of CYA... Cover Your Ass. And I bet yours is about to get the boot. Douche bag. |

He doesnt give a damn | #9 | ||

He does it just for the attention and to screw with the pro-stans crowd.
He has gotten much worse since he has been deemed un-bannable due to his draw, and the fact he is a traveling prostuite and in a new hotel every night, so a IP ban wouldn't work, and he would be childish enough to continue to come back because this is the only place that will except his bullshit. |
