I think I would donate a kidney for Ole Miss to lose to Memphis. |

I have two of them anyway. It would be worth it to see their national title season crippled before it even begins. Does Memphis have a decent team returning
this season?

You don't need it anyway. I drink too much to lose a kidney... Unfortunately I think Ole Miss has too much for Memphis...

I don't know about a kidney or toe but.... | #2

I would take a good old fashion testicle thumping. You could even choose which one of the two to thump. What the hell for Ole Miss to lose to Memphis you could thump both. |

Unless your kidney can take out Snead it will do no good

Maybe it would cripple national title hopes... | #6

but it sure didn't hurt them that much in 2003.

No idea... | #8 | ||

though I'd imagine there a few rebs that deep down are thinking it just like several State fans in 2001.
I was more commenting on the fact that a loss to Memphis isn't the end of the world. |

This is an interesting question.... | #9
|
Because obviously no one would really give up a body part for a rival's loss or even a win in a National Title game, at least I hope not, but how much
would you be willing to pay to have Memphis beat Ole Miss? 20 bucks? 100 bucks?
And how much would an Ole Miss fan take to guarantee an Ole Miss loss against Memphis. Just wondering. |

a loss to Memphis isn't the end of the world.Unless you live in Memphis....then it is just the pain of listening to their fans talk about it. Which could be as bad as the end times. I heard about 91 and 93 more than I cared. |

As much as I hate you bastards, I wouldn't pull against you OOC | #12

A memphis loss would be a nightmare, especially if we won every game after that. I don't know if I could handle living here after that.

I can get you a toe, believe me. There are ways, Dude. You don't wanna know about it, believe me. I can get you a toe by 3 o'clock this afternoon...

It's all I can do not to laugh in their damn faces when they start spewing that ridiculousness. I hope Houston Nutt has some flame retardant drawers, because it's going to get hotter than Hell here when they lose. The crazies will really come out of the woodwork then. And I'm going to love every damn second of it.

But throwing in an Ole Miss loss to Memphis would definitely seal the deal.

Here is what I don't get | #18
|
How do you loose three starting OL including a 1st round LT, your best DT, and your best WR and still be picked top 10? I don't care what team it is,
those are some tough losses, and would be hard for most teams to have those type of losses and still expect to be a top 10 team. I think you will see them
struggle early offensivly because of the losses in OL.
You cannot replace the speed at WR they had in Wallace, that guy could take a safety and corner both deep and still beat them, which left Hodge one one one with a cb. |

UM doesn't lose a lot of quantity from last year, but they lose a hell of a lot of quality. They'll be a good team this fall, but nowhere near as good
as they were at the end of last season.

I wonder about that myself. Losing Oher alone will be big. Granted UM will have more time to adjust, but look what happened to Bama in the Sugar Bowl after
losing Andre Smith. I'm kind of on the fence as far as forming an opinion about them at this point.
