Kiffin has to produce quickly. Chizik and Mullen have a little more time, and we may be more patient with Mullen than Auburn will with Chizik.

anything you can take into consideration this far into their tenure as head coaches. Needless to say Kiffin has made quite the impression, Mullen has made many
changes and ol' Gene and his limo's have turned a few heads also.

National Championships? Chizik and Mullen probably won't win one, but Kiffin might stack UT with so much talent that the next coach wins one. We won't
know for a few years how this ends up.
Success? Define success. I think we would all agree that 8-9 wins at MSU every year would be a success. That would get you fired at UT or AU. We won't know for a few years how this ends up. Fanbase Excitment? Chizik was a PR disaster from the start. Kiffin is a mixed bag. I think Mullen has been the only one so far to be the solid pick here. This could only last a few more months before being reranked, but it's all we have right now. |
