Nutt will take knee late in the game for this.
BTW, your Ninja sucks.

the Dark Ages are over as of today
Stansbury is 17-44 against the top 25, and 51-82 overall against the top 50...I rest my case (numbers compliments of ScoobaDawg)

I know you think Cohen's a good hire and all, but what's really going to be different next year? Are we going to bring in first year pitchers that
will do better in their freshmen years than the guys we have now?

We've assembled the worst relief staff that I've seen in my 33 years. | #7

I'm pretty phucking sure that we can do no wrong by letting some of these sad sacks go. There are sophomores in HS that are much better than what we have
now.

isn't Nick Routt a true freshmans? | #9

I'd love to have a few Routts on the roster. So to answer your question, yes.

Elevate your condition.
We are so envious of your history of championships. No, wait...I'm sure we have a BIT of an edge in winning in the 3 major sports, overall. Perhaps not football. [But, why dredge up ancient history? John V. hasn't been around for a while, just like da Bear.] And other minor sports. Med has the stats. Doubtless, Ninja reads this board, I'm sure he'll cower to you. Not. |

And Routt was a Polk recruit. I'd love to have a pitching staff good enough.. | #11

to bump Nick down to the Sunday starter spot.

I just don't see us turning it around like you guys just assume we're going to do. There's no guarantee that Cohen brings in freshmen pitchers
like Routt, but he'd have to pull in 4-5 of them of that caliber to replace our entire bullpen.

Yes. That's exactly what we're going to do. | #15

we are also bringing in some Jucos which should help the experience factor | #16

But a high caliber freshman is a hell of a lot better than most of our mid relief and closers. It would be nice to actually have more than 2 starters for 4 to
5 games a week.

So would missing the SEC tourney next year be a total failure of a season? | #17

I wouldn't think so, given that you'll be young as hell, but it seems most are saying you'll go to it.

I don't think anybody thinks we're going to suddenly challenge for the SEC title next year, | #18
|
but I fully expect us to go something like 13-17 in the league and make the SEC tournament and an NCAA regional. I think that's a very reasonable (and
acheivable) expectation for Cohen next year.

From what I have been able to read, we have some very talented players coming in next year if we can keep from loosing them in the June draft( mainly JUCO
players). For an idea as to what difference Freshmen can make, i was watching the Florida-Kentucky game yesterday and they showed where six Florida freshmen
were making major contributions to the team--pitchers contributing 13 to 14 wins. I havent seen Bole play, but from the sounds of it, with his bat and
pitching, he could be a Pete Young/Mitch Moreland type player. Here is an article on Mississippi State pitching signee Ben Bracewell and his resume for MR
Baseball in Alabama.

Who should you thank? | #20

Arkansas rolled over for you and handed you three wins, without which you do not tie LSU. You should really thank the Hogs, who seem to have quit playing for
the last three weeks
