That team looks a little light on the interior OL and DL. | #3

But it's loaded at QB and RB. |

Greg Carr and P.J. Hill suprised me..... | #4

Carr is a tall fast receiver and P.J. Hill is a good down hill runner. Would have figured they would have been snagged by somebody.

I saw where Fitzhugh has signed with the Jets but can't find where Pegues has signed.

There's a ton of QB's on there.
I bet you could make an all-NFL undrafted team from guys in the league. "Because just being good kids who make good grades isn't good enough anymore."- John Cohen
"This league doesn't care how hard you try. This league cares about having real players who can perform certain skills. If you try to throw a fastball in and you miss the middle of the plate, the league doesn't care that you're a really good kid. The game says you better execute the pitch." - John Cohen |

So one of those RBs the Saints picked up might be their big back? | #11

Norwood | #13 | ||

Jordan Norwood was a big suprise to me. Did you guys see him on the ESPN skills challenge? He was amazing on the jugs machine. I didn't watch a lot of
Penn St. games, but you would think someone with hands like that would be drafted somewhere no matter how small or slow he is.
Another thought... it's crazy how negative an arrests is on these guys records. I was reading on a site about the Jets signings, and the only thing mentioned under Fitz was his arrest a few years back (undercover police officer). I mean, the guy could've been Tim Tebow's third world missionary sidekick for the last 3 years but all anyone would remember would be that he was arrested as a freshman. That probably had a big effect on Pegues too. |

Daniels is too short... | #15

and ran a version of the spread that doesn't fit the NFL at all. The height played the biggest role in him not being drafted.

Does anyone know why he left State for NW ST? He supposedly was pretty good there.
I really hope Pat Kuntz makes the Colts. They need DTs and he has a great name. |

Dawgstudent.....I can't believe there's another one of us out there. I too am a MSU fan (and Alum) and a diehard Saints fan. I was hoping the Saints
would sign Pegues or at least give him a tryout. I saw today that we signed former Bulldog OT Michael Brown (the one kicked out of school for discharging a gun
on campus).
Anyway, hard to believe Pegues has yet to be signed. I am convinced that knee injury he suffered late in the year is what made him post such a high 40 time....must have re-aggrivated it in the Senior Bowl. BTW glad to find a new MSU message board and this is my first post!!! |
