The rankings are: '09 - 69 (151), '08 - 60 (120), '07 - 38 (168), '06 - 58 (277), '05 - 51 (86), '04 - 56 (121), '03 - 31 (135), '02 - 28 (103), '01 - 37 (101), '00 - 73 (293), '99 - 126 (313).
In light of the mid-major point that I made previously in this post, I think these numbers are respectable, both the overall and OOC rankings. As a whole, I think they are decent with some great numbers in there and some really bad ones also. Like the mid-majors have to schedule up a lot because of their weak conference schedule, I think major conference schools can schedule down some because their conference schedule generally will give them a big boost. Its similar to the argument of SEC schools playing weaker non-conference games in football.
