funeral directors, last I checked, don&#39;t charge more if you die due to heart disease versus extreme old age.

			<description><![CDATA[ lost about 10 lbs. Granted, I was drinking about 1 two liter of coke a day.

Started working out 3 times a week for about 45 minutes and lost another 15 pounds. Problem is, I have to wear a suit to work everyday and while it is a nice
problem to have, buying smaller clothes, it is expensive as hell.

Everyone told me that once you get in shape, you feel so much better. I got in shape, used to not be able to run 300 yards, now I can run 5 miles and I

			<description><![CDATA[ Mississippi is also traditionally one of the poorest states in the nation.  Adding lard to something makes food go a little bit farther.  Because most
Mississippians are raised on fried foods and such because it is cheaper, it is believed that these foods taste better.

Plus, if you want to go pay out the ass for organics and non processed food be my guest, but I&#39;d rather cut my portion down and pay less.

			<description><![CDATA[ I lived all my working life in MS (fattest state) and move to Colo (thinnest state) and have gained 15# in two years.  Go figure.  I asked my doctor about it
and he said I want to back to MS catfish rather than CO beef.  Problem is you can&#39;t find catfish in CO.

I blame it on retirement and spending more time indoors during winters.  But my experience has been interesting.

			<description><![CDATA[ <p>I&#39;m right there with you. I&#39;m somewhere between 50 &amp; 60 lbs lost since the first of the year. I was on blood pressure medicine, on the verge of
cholesterol medicine, and the doctor told me to cut out beer and red meat because my liver enzymes were so high. I went back to the doctor at the end of May
and all my numbers were back to normal plus I&#39;m off the blood pressure medicine.
