We have 2 seniors plus Stratton leaving.

Statz isn't in this years 35

Casey is gone.

We have 12 signees and preferred walkons.

Where does the attrition come from? (Or should I say who gets attritted?)

A few of next year's first year players plus some combination of Busby, Girodo, Watson, Brown, Gaines, Ammirati, Routt, Jones?

It always works out.

Germanic?....but we've held LSU to 14 runs in 5 games this season.....

For those who may be thinking a DawgPile after a walkoff extra inning win was over the top, I' would remind them that in our first SEC game of the season (FIRST GAME) LSU did exactly the same when they got the walkoff win in extra innings.

We got ourselves a triad I'm pretty damn happy with. Here's hoping. The our state tour should make a pit stop in Hoover if they aren't already. Would be awesome to have Mullen and Ray in the stands.

watching espn3 from your home (students and alumni)

This might be germanic but I noticed some people were having problems getting to see the games so I thought I'd help those that this includes. For those students and alumni who wanna access espn3 but don't get it through their provider, there is a little work-around you can use. the Cisco AnyConnect client can be installed on your computer and allows you to connect through state when not on the campus. Although its intent is to allow you to have access to research, since universities get access to espn3 you can watch the games from your home computer. Just don't try to use an ip masking program if you do it, State doesn't take kindly to foreign ip's.

I think absolutely yes. At this point in 2007, nobody thought we could make the CWS (we later did). Today, I'd say we all think we have a great shot at it.

Our pitching is a lot better and a mile deep. Defense is really good. Our hitting isn't hot, but its been good enough.

The MSU baseball team announced that there will be a Dawg Walk in Hoover before tomorrow's game vs. Kentucky. The team is suppose to arrive at the visiting gate down the third-base line between 10-10:30 a.m. I'll see everybody there!

just a heads up. you can get on the sec website and buy your tickets and print them off at home for tomorrow. You have to pay a little extra for a handling fee but sure beats having to wait in that line tomorrow.
