How many people emailing would it take for them to feel some pressure? I'm thinking of this kind of like emailing your congressman. That does put pressure on them. I'm thinking the NCAA gets zero emails about stuff like this normally and that emailing them would indeed put pressure on them to do something.

I jsut don't know how many people it would take to make this happen.

I'm sure that is exactly what Newton was waiting to hear (obvious sarcasm). Also he says the Auburn visit is not a done deal. Take that for what it is worth. I think that bodes well b/c how serious can you be about playing somewhere if you don't even take an official visit?

I continue to be in my latest wool stage of Newton's recruitment. I'll probably be on the other-side by early next week though.

Middle of the second half, and Nessler is doing a promo for Syracuse-Florida. He says it is going to be on ESPN (our game was on the deuce), which is maybe a channel down on your cable. Too bad this whole Big East-SEC Challenge was sponsored by DirecTV Brad. I am sure they LOVED hearing you talk about cable during that game.

It's in Tampa, but you wouldn't know that based on the crowd noise. I almost think the Syracuse crowd is bigger than the Florida crowd. I guess New Yorkers really DO love Florida.

We really need another option when the backups come out besides trying to hold other teams through good defense and creating on fast break. Osby looked great tonight. He's a good shooter, and he's getting better defensively. I think hes gonna be very good for us, and hopefully a good threat off the bench when we get into SEC play.

the perimeter better tonight.......Barry Stewart is gonna have to step up and start making some shots from out there.......I think his shooting has gotten worse every year he's been here......I also wish Dee would drive/dish more often.......He's got the ability to create his own shot.....But all in all, a good performance......
